Römerpark, Oberentfelden

Completed: 2019

On the extensive, newly created construction site called "Römerpark", a total of 340 modern flats were developed in the period between 2015 and 2019. Both tenants and buyers have found a new home here as the range of flats is varied and appeals to a broad public. Five different types of building have a design that fits well into the surroundings. The extensive, park-like outdoor grounds increase the sense of well-being of all occupants.

Therwiler Mühle, Therwil

Completed: 2014
22 Owner-occupied flats and 4 single-family terraced houses
Net living space: 2,966 m2

The five new buildings were constructed between 2012 and 2014 on the former site of one of the old mills that can still be found in Therwil. The large green area with its old linden tree links together the single buildings. One of the boundaries to the property is formed by the stream that once operated the old mill. The historic mill wheel has also been re-installed here for decorative purposes. The entire ambiance of the protected bank area around the low part of the mill stream is particularly pleasant. The Mühle Therwil complex offers an enchanting living area surrounded by green in one of the prettiest villages of the Leimen Valley, and lies within easy walking distance of all shops and public transport services.

Bellavista, Biel-Benken

Completed: 2014
36 Owner-occupied flats
Net living space: 4,500 m2

The six buildings, which are all designed in the same architectural style, fit well into the characteristic topography of the plot, which slopes down in a south-west direction. The casual arrangement of the buildings ensures that all flats have versatile perspectives and views of the surrounding natural landscape. The buildings are aligned to face south-west, meaning they benefit from maximum sunlight. All 30 owner-occupied flats are exposed on three sides to ensure the rooms inside get the maximum amount of natural light. Each building unit has an independent pellet heating system with low CO2 emissions. The conversion meets the Minergie standard for buildings.

Ahornhof, Basel

Completed: 2013
21 Owner-occupied flats
Net living space: 1,464 m2

The new building project in Türkheimerstrasse 16/18 and Spalenring 78/80 involved a five-floor residential building with an attic on the sixth floor, plus a basement. This block has a total of 21 flats and is purely residential. All the floor plans of the flats are spacious and modern and fully meet today's high standards. On the outside, the building complex has a stunningly clear, modern and sleek architectural appeal.

Hallenrain, Oberwil

Completed: 2012
6 owner-occupied flats with balcony
Net living space: 797 m2

Exclusive owner-occupied flats with a large balcony were built in 2012 in a beautiful hillside location in Hallenrain 2 and 2a in Oberwil. The flats are west-facing with a fine view over Oberwil and offer the chance to indulge in long summer days.

The project involves two newly built blocks of flats with a terraced design, each with three elegant, spacious owner-occupied flats. The parking garage can be reached directly via the lift. The site is extremely quiet but situated closed to the village centre, make it an ideal and very peaceful place for families. Infrastructure such as trams, buses, a shopping centre, schools, chemist, post office, banks and cafés etc. are within walking distance.
